AWŪ Urban Sanctuary

What Makes It Special

AWŪ is STROM Group's move to pull Nordic thermal bathing out of the rural-getaway setting and put it in the middle of the city. STROM, behind Strøm Nordic Spa since 2009, built AWŪ as an urban sister brand for everyday use, on the 17th floor of a Sainte-Foy tower in the space that was SkySpa Québec. You get the full thermal cycle, hot pools, cold falls, two saunas, a steam bath and Aufguss rituals, folded together with a movement studio, a healthy café-restaurant and treatment rooms. It is wellness as a city routine rather than a weekend escape.

STROM Group's new urban sanctuary, on the 17th floor of a Sainte-Foy tower in the former SkySpa space. A full Nordic thermal circuit plus a movement studio, café-restaurant and treatments, built for everyday city wellness.

What to Expect

An urban thermal circuit with a view. The core is the Nordic hot-cold cycle: warm pools, cold waterfalls, two saunas and a steam bath, with Aufguss rituals and a relaxation room. Beyond the circuit there is a movement studio (yoga, Pilates, mobility, guided meditation, included with access), massages and beauty treatments, an express beauty space, and a café-restaurant with coworking-style seating. Swimsuit required for the thermal cycle, minimum age 16. It is mixed-gender and designed to be social and compact rather than a sprawling rural spa.
