Premier or Sanctuary: What the Price Difference Buys

The cheapest path into Clearlight is the Premier far-infrared line. Premier 1 and Premier 2 both use 120V/15A power, which may be easier to place than a larger cabin, but they still need the circuit and receptacle Clearlight specifies. Premier 3 moves to 120V/20A.

The Sanctuary line adds full-spectrum heating and more size choices. The jump from Premier 2 in basswood at $5,799 to Sanctuary 2 in basswood at $7,299 is $1,500 on the current sheet. That is the decision to interrogate. If you mainly want a warm infrared cabin and will not value the full-spectrum setup, Premier keeps more of the budget available for the room and electrical work.

If accessibility and open floor space matter, the Sanctuary Retreat deserves separate attention. Clearlight publishes a wider 76.25 by 64-inch footprint, an 85.75-inch height, a 780-pound assembled weight, and accessibility features. It also needs 240V/20A power. Electrical Work Can Change the Real Winner

1. Exact model, wood, and sale amount. Put the current and regular price on the quote, with the promotion expiry date.

4. Storage and redelivery charges. Clearlight says missed delivery, storage, and redelivery can become buyer costs. Confirm the appointment process and who must be present.
5. All paid upgrades. Itemize wood, heaters, red light, cushions, covers, and any other add-on instead of accepting one bundled total.
6. Return deductions. Put return freight, original freight, restocking, packaging, and RMA requirements in the same file as the quote.
7. Warranty version and outdoor cover. If the sauna is outdoors, name the qualifying cover and include it on the order.

Clearlight states a 30-business-day return window, but the return needs an RMA, the sauna must be like-new and in its original packaging, and the buyer pays return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies, and Clearlight says the original freight cost is deducted even when the purchase used free or discounted shipping.

Warranty: Indoor and Outdoor Are Different Purchases

Outdoor coverage is narrower. Clearlight lists lifetime coverage for heaters, controls, wiring, and audio, but 5 years for the outdoor cabin and labor. It also says the outdoor warranty is valid only if the sauna was purchased with and continually protected by the specified water-resistant cover.
